Completed in 2018, 300 Lafayette is an 80,000 square foot boutique mixed-used retail and office building featuring flagship retail space and state-of-the-art office space with floor-to-ceiling windows and significant outdoor/green space. It is located on the corner of Houston, Crosby and Lafayette Street, a prime intersection in the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan. Since completion, this was classified as the first new Class A office building built in Soho in 100 years. The construction included the detailed carpentry work in the lobby and elevator space as well an an exterior canopies on the facade of the building.
