As this nearly 13,000 square foot retail center goes up, Phillips Construction has focused most of their scope on the interior and exterior framing of the building. The exterior roof pitches and soffits define the building lines while the interior partition walls will split up the retail spaces inside. This project will contribute to Phillips expanding portfolio to a fast changing construction industry to accommodate old and new clients.
